British Conservative leader calls for 'social responsibility'
Conservative leader David Cameron has called for a new drive towards a social responsibility "revolution".
He said it was time for families, communities and individuals to "step up to the plate" and take responsibility to help build Britain.
At a speech during a visit to the Bhaktivedanta Manor Temple in Aldenham, Watford, he said:
"We need a Britain where we don't just ask what the Government can do but what people can do, what society can do - a Britain that starts realising we are all in this together - it is called social responsibility.
Michael McCafferty says: David Cameron is a remarkable leader for Britain's Conservative Party and I admire and respect his vision.
