I completely agree! It's rare to hear someone say nice things about Dole after all those Viagra ads.
I understood why he did them, what with how expensive presidential elections are, but they've cast a shodow over a fine public servant who was robbed of a presidency.

I'm so proud to say the first person I ever voted for in any election was Bob Dole for President. He is one of my political heros and has a very, very underated sense of humor.
